Our Next Day Standard UK Delivery service is provided by Hermes.
Many orders using Next Day Standard UK Delivery do not need to be signed for at point of delivery. In such cases, if nobody is present to receive the parcel the courier will attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe location.
In cases where orders do require a signature, you can personalise your delivery before it’s attempted using the options sent by text messages the night before, allowing you to specify a safe place, a neighbour or diversion to a local parcel shop. Please ensure you provide your mobile telephone number during checkout to make use of this service. If these service are important to you, you can guarantee their availability by choosing our Next Day Premium UK Delivery service provided by DPD.
We will keep you informed about the progress of your order by Email. Deliveries can be tracked after despatch from our warehouse. You will be sent details on how to track your delivery upon despatch from our warehouse.
We can only fulfil Next Day Standard UK deliveries to UK mainland addresses and cannot guarantee next day delivery to hard to reach areas. In hard to reach areas our Next Day services will in most cases still be the best options if you need your order quickly.

If you choose a delivery address within a hard to reach area and select the Next Day Standard UK Delivery service you will be charged for the selected service but your order will likely take an additional day to be delivered.
